# RED and BLUE Expanded Constituent Universe Notice *July 20, 2026* This production notice documents the forthcoming production integration of the expanded 2026 U.S. House constituent universe. The expansion affects both the HOUSER and HOUSED indices, and in turn, affects the RED and BLUE composite indices. Before the production deployment on July 27th, 2026 at 11am ET, the expanded universe was tested and validated in a development environment. This notice highlights the expected mechanical effects of the universe expansion from subsequent index value movements.
