## 1. Purpose

This production notice documents the forthcoming production integration of 4 additional 2026 Kalshi party-line markets into the House and Gubernatorial constituent universes. The add affects HOUSER, HOUSED, GOVR, and GOVD, and in turn affects the RED and BLUE composite indices.

The expanded universe was tested in development from 2026-08-19 through 2026-08-26. Observed impact is in Section 4.

## 2. Proposed Production Effective Date

- Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 at 11am ET
- The index calculations in production will use the newly approved expanded House and Gubernatorial constituent universe as inputs from the effective time moving forward. If the effective date/time changes, Adjacent will publish a final confirmation.

## 3. Expanded Universe

- 1 eligible 2026 U.S. House district winner event contract added to the House universe
- 1 eligible 2026 gubernatorial party-line event added to the Gubernatorial universe
- After integration, the constituent universe contains 426 HOUSER constituents and 426 HOUSED constituents, and 49 GOVR constituents and 49 GOVD constituents (see Addendum A)

## 5. Production Transition Treatment

RED +0.03% and BLUE −0.04% vs production. Both are below Adjacent's 1.00% material-universe threshold. This remains constituent universe maintenance under the existing methodologies.

## 6. Future Material Universe Changes

Moving forward, changes in the RED and BLUE constituent universe that cause expected moves that exceed 1.00% will be handled as material universe transitions.

Adjacent will publish the proposed expanded universe, estimated impact, and the effective date in advance. The Adjacent Index Committee (AIC) will document the review at which point the adjustment will be considered for production.
